Tranquil Escape does not accept refunds or credit on either single service sessions, service packages, OR Gift Certificates. However, please understand that packages are transferrable and can be gifted to someone else, and also do not have an expiration date at this time, which allows more opportunity to schedule your service in a timeframe that works best for you.
