Cancelation Policy-
Due to a large increase in last minute cancellations and no shows, as well as a high demand for appointments with a large waiting list, Tranquil Escape now has implemented the need for a cancellation Policy effective immediately.
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee. Since the service times are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee of $25 will apply.
In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, you will be billed/charged the $25 fee and it will need to be paid before another apt can be made.
